  • Woah, I'm super thirsty after that run, but I don't have a water bottle with me. I need to drink more water. 
  • Access
  • Water; How Often? How Much? Tips and Tricks! 1. Drink water 30 mins before a meal and 1 hour after.  2. Don't drink over a liter of wter an hour.
  • Practice X2
  • I'm so happy that I remembered to put my water bottle in my locker this morning! I'm so thirsty after gym.Time to drink some and then log it on my phone!
  • Wally identifies that he needs to drink more water.
  • Explain
  • Wally went home and looked up how much water he should drink every day. He bought a new water bottle and set up a water tracking app on his phone.
  • Assess
  • Woah! I feel so much better now that I drink more water! I have so much more energy, and my skin has cleared up!
  • Wally practiced keeping track of how much water he drank throughout the day, and avoided leaving his water bottle at home.
  • Reflect
  • What could I have done better? What did I do better than other things? What could I have done differenly?
  • Wally knows that stressful events can bog his mind and he can forget to bring his water or fill it up, but Wally's parent's have set positive norms for him when it comes to his diet, and remind him to drink water throughout the day.
  • After a few days, Wally started noticing some benefits of drinking more water!
  • After Wally drinks water consistently for a month, he thinks back to the beginning few weeks, and thinks about what he could have done better.
