  • You moor! Where did you take my daughter!? Arrest him!!!
  • Calm down, Brabantio. I don't have time with you. The Duke has called me.
  • I shall go with you then! I believe this is also an important matter.
  • Be careful, Moor! She had betrayed me and she may do it to you too!
  • Brave Othello, I shall send you to Cyprus to fend off the Turks.
  • My lord, I shall entrust my wife to Iago and his wife Emilia while I'm away for the war.
  • Oh, you're happy now, but I'll ruin it later.
  • My beautiful warrior!
  • My dear Othello!
  • In act 1 scene 2, Othello was revealed to be a noble and the general of Venetian military. When Brabantio confronted him because his daughter was "kidnapped", Othello seemed to very confident. Even though he was being arrested, he didn't even bother fighting him.
  • In act 1 scene 3, Othello was shown to be loyal to the Duke and the Duke sees him as a brave soldier. The Duke ordered him to go to Cyprus to defeat the Turks. Othello also trusted his people. He entrusted Desdemona to Iago and his wife Emilia so they can follow him into the war.
  • And you say he is not the jealous type...
  • What!? That handkerchief was from my mother!
  • In act 2 scene 2, it was shown how much Othello and Desdemona loved each other. They were seen kissed and talked about how happy they were able to see each other again.
  • Damn you, Cassio! I'm going to kill you!
  • In act 3 scene 3, Iago started to manipulate Othello. He fed him doubts of Cassio and Desdemona might be having an affair. Even though Iago didn't have any proofs, Othello started to doubt his marriage.
  • In act 3 scene 4, Othello was suspicious of Desdemona so he asked where was the special handkerchief he gave her. He found that she lost the handkerchief, which angered him and caused them to have a fight.
  • In act 4 scene 1, Iago fed Othello more lies about the affair between Cassio and Desdemona doing some unauthorized activities in bed together. The overwhelming anger and jealousy of Othello caused him to fall into a trance and have an epileptic fit.
