- I just want to go home.
- "Yo! Squinty! Struggling to see?"
- Oh man! What is he doing? I'm going to get a teacher.
- "Please stop! I haven't done anything to you and you're making me feel worthless."
- A new student starts school in the middle of the year.
- "I didn't mean to take out my frustration on you. I have been having it hard at home and should consider your feelings."
- "I would feel better if you treated as an equal."
- Because he looks different, a student begins to tease him in the hall.
- The bully pushes the new student to the ground as another student observes. The new student voices his frustration and desire to stop.
- With the support of the Counselor, the boys were able to voice their concerns. Though this is just a start, the boys are hopeful that a positive change will happen.
