Storyboard Description

The theme of "The Monsters are due on Maple Street", a teleplay by Rod Sterling, is that violence is not an answer and the neighbors don't know who the alien was because they all started attacking each other because the lights are going off in everyones homes even though the powers off. In paragraph 16, everyone went crazy and started killing each other and screaming and blaming it in one another. This shows that when you get rid of power on Maple Street, everyone goes crazy and get from being friends to enemies. In conclusion, the people are making a big deal of something so small.
