Alright class, it's time for Raina to give her LDI presentation.

Raina's mom and dad decide to bring Raina to a therapist. Raina's mom thinks Raina is stressed and over thinks situations. She also thinks Raina's younger siblings are making her stressed in such a small apartment. Raina is nervous and doesn't know what to say.
Raina is off and on about how she likes therapy. She thinks other kids will make fun of her for it. Eventually Raina decides to share her breathing exercises to help her relax. Even without mentioning her therapy, or when she uses the method, her classmates still saw the difference when they used it and loved it.
,Raina finally finds the right group of friends and loves spending time with them. She feels so much more self confident. Raina is loving her life and she is very thankful for everything her parents and her therapist, Lauren, have done for her to feel better.
