Storyboard Text

  • Interphase
  • Here is a close up of what Betsies tail regrowth looks like.
  • That is a Chromosomes it is a long strand of DNA  that holds your " Genetic hand book"
  • Betsie lost her tail ... But she is not worried because she knows that the steps of mitosis will bring her tail back
  • Prophase
  • This is the phase where the nuclear  membrane dissolves and the centrioles  appear and start to move to the other ends of the cell. Also the spindle fibers start to form between the centrioles .
  • Metaphase 
  • This phase is where the chromitides  attach to the spindle fibers 
  • Anaphase
  • In this phase is where the chromitides  separate and begin to move to oppiste ends of the cell
  • Telephase
  • This phase is when the nucleus spilts .
  • Cytokinesis
  • This is the final step of mitosis and the cell spilts duplicating its self and creating the rest of the tail.
