One day, there were two boys, named Romulus and Remus. They were taken from their mother and left by a river. A lion came by the river and saw the two boys. He cared for them.
The lion took care of Romulus and Remus. He taught them skills on how to hunt for food.
When the lion was out one day a shepard saw the boys and took them into his home. He then raised the boys.
After the many years that Romulus and Remus were with the shepard they found out that they had royal blood that was connected to a town, called Alba Longa. The two boys went to Alba Longa and stayed there.
As the two boys settled into the town, they noticed that there could only be one ruler. They didn't know how to decide, so they just fought for it. Which resulted to Romulus stabbing Remus.
Due to the fact that Remus died, Romulus ruled the town! The town was also given the name "Rome" in his honor.
