You're a great artist! You learned to do this by yourself?
Rose DeWitt Bukater, a first-class passenger, boards the titanic with her mother and fiance Cal.
I saw you stealing, poor people like yourself are thiefs.
Rose doesn't want to marry Cal and feels trapped by her situation, she would prefer to be by herself all her life. She plans to jump off the front of the ship but a third-class passenger named Jack helps her.
WHAT ARE WE GONNA DO?
Rose invites Jack to eat lunch by themselves, to thank him for saving her from jumping. Rose and Jack begin to fall in love. They see each other more and more. Jack shows Rose his drawings and they start planning a life together.
Rose asks Jack to draw her. They leave the cabin, and when they get back, Cal accuses Jack of stealing a jewelry piece. Jack begs Rose to believe that he didn't do it.
The ship hits an iceberg and starts to sink quickly. Rose rushes to save Jack, knowing he never stole the necklace. She frees Jack and they go to the deck but all the lifeboats are gone.
They jump into the ocean and find a wooden panel only enough for one person. Holding the edge, Jack assures her that she will live. He dies of hypothermia but Rose is saved. She spends the rest of her life living the way Jack had wanted her to.
