  • Obesity rates among teens in the U.S. have trippled since 1980.
  • Going out to eat- fast food- is a good example of what teens do a lot.
  • Try and limit eating fast food to once a month or even longer if you can
  • Instead of going out to eat everyday, take a trip to a grocery store and find some food you can make yourself.
  • This is a great example of what a teenagers fridge shouldn't looke like. This is terribly unhealthy!
  • Many teens sit on their couches after eating when they could be doing physical activities to burn off the weight they just gained from eating
  • After eating a large and unhealthy meal it is encouraged that teens go out and get some physical activity done.
  • And just remeber that people with obesity live shorter lives than others
