Moses leads the Israelites out of Egypt + the chase
The parting of the Red Sea
The journey to the promised land begins
After the death of his son, Pharaoh was living in grief. He said, "take your people and go!". So as Moses lead the Israelites out of Egypt, Pharaoh felt he had made the wrong decision and decided to chase after them with his army.
As soon as the Egyptians were getting closer to the Israelites, Moses waved his staff on the water and the Red Sea parted creating a path to walk on. shortly after they went across, the Egyptians went after them. The sea collapsed and drowned the Egyptian soldiers.
Now the journey had just begun to the promised land of Caanan. The moral of this story is no matter how weak and powerless you feel, have faith, trust and believe in God, and he will deliver. This whole time Moses had complete belief in God and we should aspire to trust and follow as he did.
