Storyboard Text

  • When I woke up from sleep I saw smoke rising from the beach. I knew that I had to get to the crew as quickly as possible.
  • No more hunger!
  • FRIENDS. Let us free ourselves from starvation.
  • I sprinted down the hill like the wind was at my back. I saw Eurylochus about to kill one of the cattle, the crew urging him on.
  • And in that desperate moment I prayed to Apollo and Artemis, then I sent my sword flying...
  • … And killed my helmsman.
  • Leaving my friends and comrades was one of the hardest things I have even done but anger and starvation had turned them bitter.
  • The Crew then turned against me and I barely had time to run, grab my sword, and make it for the ship.
  • Curse you Odysseus, son of Laertes.
  • I was a good sailor but I was not as good as Eurylochus
  • WHAM
  • To make matters worse, just because I had escaped the rage of Helios didn't mean that Poseidon was not angry with me. I was plagued with storms.
  • The ship would not hold in the wrath of the Sea God and my ship was destroyed. I floated on a raft like piece of wood from the ship for days until I spotted Phaeacia and was greeted by your curtest daughter.
