  • The caregiver who has a disease is in jail for killing the old man that he loves. He claims that he has no problom and that he is sane. He is telling the police about his deed.
  • Climax
  • The caregiver makes up his mind to kill the old man becuase the right eye is blind and thinks the eye is the eye of a vulture. He must get rid of it.
  • Falling action
  • The caregiver stalks the old man for 7 nights. He slowly h got his head into the room, so the old man wouldn't notice. He put a lantern in so that he could see the eye. He took great precaution so he wouldn't wake up the old man, but the lantern made a noise that awoke the old man. The narrator did not move for an hour. The old man never went back to sleep. 
  • Resolution
  • On the 8th night, the caregiver killed the old man while he was sleeping and sufficated him with the heavy bed that he was sleeping on. The old man let out a scream. 
  • The caregiver hid the old mans body under the planks of the old mans room after cutting his body parts into pieces in the tub. When he was done the poliec knocked on the door he opened it they said that a next door neighbor heard a scream from this house so they have to investigate. The man lied about the old man and let them in nicely to talk and rest. 
  • The caregiver started to get mad and worreid. Inside he wanted to scream to tell them to go away because they were not leaving. They kept on chating. He confesses that he did kill the old man and reveals where he hid the old man's body.
