The Boston Massacre started when a snowball was thrown at a british soldier. The british opened fire on some colonists. This resulted in the death of 5 colonists.
The Boston Tea Party was the colonists response to the Tea Act. The Tea Act was the tax that was placed on imported tea. Colonists snuck onto East India company ships and dumped tea into the river.
The Intolerable Acts were Britain's response to the Boston Tea Party. The act made it allowed for British soldiers to quarter in colonists' houses without the colonists' approval.
Britain unfairly placed taxes on the colonies. The colonies had no say when it came to the taxes placed on them. This angered the colonists and made them eager to split from Great Britain.
