- Hi, I'm Karessa here for the interview for the chief executive officer position.
- Oh, I'm sorry there must of been a misunderstanding. We're not looking for a female to fill the position.

- Uh, what's that?
- In this case, it is when you treat someone unfairly or deny someone a job because of their gender. In comparison posting a job listing and advertising that it is more suitable for male applicants. This is against the law, to discriminate against someone because of their sex.
- Gender discrimination is unequal or disadvantageous treatment of an individual or group of individuals based on their gender.

- Thank you so much for telling me that what I did was wrong, I understand now that I shouldn't of second guess you because of your gender. I'm going to give you the job because after this experience I think you would do a wonderful job leading the team.
