- Hello, my name is Liza. I am 13 years old. I am from Ukraine. Ukraine is a wonderful country, with good customs, beautiful nature and delicious dishes. Also, there are live good peoples, who are strong in spirit and will now fight for the independence of our country. I have been to Canada for 3 months ago. But in Edmonton for 1 month only. The first, I visited the province of Newfoundland and Labrador. But later, we came to Alberta, Edmonton. In Canada, I like the wonderful nature, big territory and friendly people.
- My hobbies are Latin American dances and drawing. I have been dancing in Ukraine for a long time and took part in dance competitions and won prizes. Hope that I will do these dances in Edmonton as well.
- At Christmas, we gather as a whole family, eat delicious food, talkining and give presents. Unfortunately, we will not celebrate this Christmas with the whole family, because in Canada I am only with my mother and my younger sister, in Ukraine my father and grandmothers and my grandfathers, so our Christmas will take place over the Internet in communication with relatives.
