Storyboard Text

  • Throughout the 1800´s all the way until the 1920s women were endlessly fighting to gain the same political and social status others had.
  • The more women that worked towards womens rights, the more scary it came for the people who were against the change for womens rights.
  • We want to vote!! We want to vote!
  • Im going to make sure we get to vote!
  • VOTE HERE
  • THESE ARE WOMEN VOTING NOT MEN!! ARREST THEM.
  • When will our hard work ever really matter?
  • When we are finally appreciated.
  • Our rights and that boys will never change while we are still alive but we will never give up!
  • On  August 18, 1920 the passing of the 19th amendment gave women the right to vote. With this voting power women would go on to change many of the wrong politics starting with putting restrictions on drinking and alcohol.   The women who fought for things like temperance and womens rights during these times eventually paid off.
