Reasons, why some people tend to not eat as much, are because they could forget to eat, have low energy because their depressed causing them not to eat making their depression worst, and lose pleasure in everyday things that they used to enjoy that could involve cooking and eating and more. The reason why people tend to eat more when there depressed is commonly known as binge eating.)

  • I have noticed that and also Thoughts of suicide (when you are depressed you tend to lose interest in things you used to enjoy so when you end up losing interest in life altogether that's where these suicidal thoughts roll in)
  • Thoughts of suicide can also tie in with Risky Behavior (there are different types of depression, for example, anger depression when you are in that stage of depression you tend to want to fight, shut people out, do things you wouldn't usually do, have violent outbursts, all of the things which are risky because they you could get in trouble)
