  • The exposition of the story is where they introduce the family like Byron,Kenny,Joey,Mom,and Dad.They also describe the setting of their house.This is the exposition since it tells the  of characters and setting and is the beginning of the story.
  • Falling Action 
  • The rising action is where Kenny is getting bothered by Byron and kids in his school. This is the Rising action because tension is building with Kenny's experiences.
  •     Resolution
  • What's happening brother?
  • The climax is when the Watson's decide to go to Birmingham and leave Byron with Grandma Sands.This is the climax because there is conflict and this is the turning point of the story.
  • Theme
  • Help! I'm Drowning
  • The falling action is when they are in Birmingham and meet Grandma Sands and than are in the Wool Pool.This is the Falling action conflict is established for Kenny since he is stuck in the Wool Pooh.
  • My beautiful fambly
  • The Watson's leave back to Flint so than when they get back to Flint Kenny gets isolated because he is behind the houses couch and stays their for hours imagining that superheros are going to help him.But than Byron helps him feel better since he is more mature and tells him the superheros and not going to help you.This is the Resolution because the conflict is solved.
  • The theme of the story, " The Watson's go to Birmingham" is There is nothing more important than family.The reason why is  Byron is family with Kenny and Kenny was stuck on the Wool pooh and Byron helped him escape which shows how the theme is There is nothing more important than family.
