- SP: I want to make more post offices for the state of Texas. so people can access them easier.
- FP: Hold up, that's not something you can freely do without informing or discussing, you do not have the power to do that.
- Mr .FP, I'll have you know I'm very well informed on the supremacy clause that states your branch is supreme to the state government.
- Well, yes that is true Mr. SP, however your goal is easier said than done, perhaps we can discuss this further over some coffee?
- FP:However, this is something only the federal government can do.
- FP: Okay sir, you can go on ahead but don't execute this without a plan, I'm sure CP can help.
- SP: Please sir, I have a plan if you give me authorization, I have discussed a few options with CP.
- CP: Yes, I do have a few options on executing this plan, I can raise taxes to help fund the construction of postal offices.
- I can also give order to build more roads which are necessary, no point of more postal offices if people can't even get to them.
