- So new members aren't turned away?
- Not at all, the gym is welcoming to anyone that comes in and works hard

- I am...I've Heard so many different things about this gym, but i wanted to come see it myself
- The women in the yellow is Carol. She is a great baker and our in house trainer and nutritionist
- So everyone here has their own story, accomplishments, and backgrounds all connected through powerlifting.

- The Man in the red is Tony, Tony is the nicest guy in the gym and the strongest, if you ever need anything simply ask
