I'm 25 years old I am a U.S. citizen and have lived in Georgia for more than two years in my district. My term will last 2 years and my elections will be held in the district I live in. I help citizens with problems and deal with impeached officials and who sees the governor.
I'm 21 years old. I am a U.S. citizen and have lived in georgia for more than 2 years and am a legal resident in my dictrict. I have a 2 years long term and have general elections held in my district to vote for me. I help citizens with any problems and introduce bills that have to deal with raising revenue or funds.

I am elected by the people of Georgia in a state wide election by popular vote. My duties are to follow orders from the Governor and to appoint committees in the Senate and make recommendations about certain bills.
I am elected by the members of the house of Representatives. My duties are to appoint committees that focus on different issues and to make recommendations about certain bills.
I must have the same qualifications as the governor and am also elected by the popular vote state wide. I also serve a 4 year term like the governor. My duties are to follow any orders the governor gives me and decide committee chairs in the senate. I can also take over as governor if the governor can not serve his full term.

I will serve a 4 year term of serving my duties of enforcing laws, signing bills into laws or vetoing them, and directing the states budget
In trial courts peoples actions are measured against the law. They can be judged by a jury or judge. Trail courts cases are heard for the first time. There are five levels of trial courts.
Appellate Courts are courts that look over decisions made by lower courts on cases. They make sure that the trials are fair and don't go against the Constitution.
Civil law is introduced by a private party who is seeking monetary damage. The defendent may be forced to testify in the court.If the other is proven guilty than they will pay a fine.
Criminal Law is introduced by the government who claims someone has committed a crime. The defendent has a right to testify but isn't forced to. If the person id found guilty they can go to jail or pay a fine. Their are two different types of cases that have certain punishments. Misdemeanors are less serious and only serve 1 year in jail. Felonies are punished with more than 1 year in jail.
