  • Walking into MSU library
  • 2. Yeah, I'm excited too! and what a good way to start out day, walking to keep our lungs healthy!
  • STEP 1 
  • 1. Lets try together this diaphragmatic breathing exercise shall we? Make yourself comfortable & place your hand on your side over your lower ribs.
  • 2. Inhale slowly through your nose, and exhale slowly through pursed lips like you do when you want to whistle.
  • STEP 2
  • STEP 3
  • At the library
  • Repeat the test 3-4 times
  • 3.  Yeah, me too! I feel much more refreshed than before.

  • 1. So, how do you guys like this exercise?
