Storyboard Text

  • Dad told me that there are dinosaurs here and I see them too!
  • He said that if we enter this door, we will go into a magical world where we will be safe from the dinosaurs and it's where we can sleep.
  • How did we end up in here? A disgusting train station bathroom? I take a close look at dad and see him look pretty upset and confused.
  • The colour of the outfits describes their emotions as the dad is wearing dark and gloomy colours because he is upset and the son is wearing happy and bright colours because he is imagining things and is joyful. The camera angle I used here was a close-up shot of their faces that way we can see the expressions of the characters.
  • At least we are safe from the dinosaurs though. I would hate if I slept outside of here.
  • Hey dad, I love you and I hope that someday soon, we can sleep inside on our nice warm beds!
  • The camera angle I used here was a tracking shot. I used this shot because they're walking towards a place and are getting the camera moving with them. A church teaching used here was common good as the dad is doing good by the son.
  • I'm going to go to sleep now and hope that none of the dinosaurs get through to us!
  • Me to buddy, me too.
  • The camera angle used here was a close-up shot because you can see their facial expressions but also their body language at the same time.
  • What have I done?!
  • The camera angle I used here was a wide shot so you can see their body language and how they're acting.
  • The camera angle I used here was a zoom-in shot so it was able to zoom into their faces, especially the dad's as you can see he is starting to get a lot more upset as time goes on.
  • The camera angle I used here was an extreme close up shot of the dad's tears falling, then a bird's eye view shot of the boy sleeping so we know how they're positioned.
