  •  Moderation is executive to carry laws calmly within  the law!
  • Hey Autumn!
  • A senator represents the people living in their state. length of term is 2 years. state senate re-election every two years
  • State senator must be 25, be a citizen for 9 years and a senator represents at time of election
  • The Senate is made of two Senators from each State  elected by citizens and each need  one vote. 
  • Representative must be 21  been citizen for past 7 years and an inhabitant of their state
  • They introduce and vote on bills that represent  interests 
  •  Repersentatives serve 2 year terms  reelection every even year Is elected only by eligible voters in  district
  • Members elect house speacker by  votes and  party chooses a speacker.
  • The Speaker is the head of the  party and usually does not debate and rarely votes
  • 25 states elect a lieutenant governor on a ticket with the governor
  •                The  Lt. Governor  debates in the chamber and sees the job of legislation of the chamber
  • Term is 4 years the Governer  serves two. The L.T Govener serves unlimited.
  • The L.T govener and govener get elected by popular vote on seperate ballats.
  •  The Lt. Governor is the replacement for the Govener and in charge of senate.
  • Both  are the same. Must be 30, be a citizen for 15 years, and serve 6 years in Goergia for election.
  •  The Governor is head of excutive branch and the commander-in-chief of the state military forces and power to veto legislation
  • appellate courts are called courts of appeals. Cases can be further appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court. Cases  heard for  first time trial court, can appeal, asking a higher court to review  decision.
