Storyboard Text

  • hi i'm chlorophyll and i give energy that i collect to electrons
  • I take that energy so I can help photosynthesis happen
  • but after a while i start loosing more and more energy
  • so i trade off to an electron that has more energy
  • meanwhile water is being split
  • I give off the electron, and i also release H+ and oxygen
  • I take the oxygen and throw it out the window!
  • i then take my energy and H+ and...
  • i, the electron acceptor, then take the electron and it's energy and H+
  • i give it to the electron acceptor
  • and give it to the stroma which carries H+
  • who then become NADPH!
  • i then give out H+ to the NADP+
