- Hi Danda! I’m feeling a little blue, because I had a problem with my wheelchair.
- Hi Nai! How are you doing?
- Well, as you know, I bought one wheelchair at the beginning of the year. Initially, everything was all right. But after some time, the joystick started having some problems.
- Suddenly, it got soft and very sensitive to the touch. It got to the point that if I dropped it in a specific way, the wheelchair would walk by itself. It felt like it was possessed, was so crazy.
- Then, after a moment, the joystick turned so hard to move and control the wheelchair. It seemed that there is some glue in it, impeding the movements.
- Noticing that issue, I contacted the store that sold me the wheelchair and they said that there was a batch with problems with the joystick.
- So they asked me to write to the wheelchair’s company to request a truck to send the chair back to you to fix this issue, since I have a one-year warranty.
- And now I’m waiting for their answer.
