I know he brought her here. I saw him! How could he do this to me? She loved talking to us because she didn't have any friends.
It's ok, Wyatt. Calm down, we'll find Skip and Caroline.
Skip carried Caroline to lake BaeDanavon, a very unliked lake. It had a pungent smell of dead fish and rotting carcass. He smirked at his work. No turning back now. Done. All complete. He'd done what he'd come to do.
What have I done? I need to apologize! That wasn't kind or caring of me at all!
Wyatt shut up ugh!
I could've sworn he came over to this lake.
All of a sudden, there was a rustling in the back trees. Skip dove into the nearest bush he could find and hid. It was Brooke and Hope! Why were they hear he wondered? Ugh, but what if they see the body he'd just dumped into the water?
I need to call Wyatt. I hope he forgives me, although I don't know if I forgive myself.
I cannot believe Skip did that to Caroline. She talked to me a little more because I was more friendly.
Then, he heard two deeper voices, male voices. It was Wyatt, and someone else. They sounded familiar, almost too familiar. Almost like his dad? No, it couldn't be. But indeed it was. Skip was in for the loop.
I know what I did was wrong, but can you please forgive me? Do you know the saying forgive and forget?
I know. If you forgive, it will help you move on. I'm not saying to forget her but to move on.
Can we talk
Can't we just talk later? I'm not ready Skip, I'm not ready.
Yeah, but I'm not in the cheery mood. I don't want to be all sweet after I just lost both of my best friends.
What do you want? I'm not exactly in the mood.
As they trailed off into the distance Skip started to feel very bad. Skip realized he had made the biggest mistake of his life. He had thrown a still alive body into the water. Little did he know that Caroline couldn't be saved. She was made out of metal! Specifically, iron, which was easily dissolved by water. She was gone. Gone from this world.
Skip trudged home, feeling down in the dumps. He had made a big mistake and had hurt his best friend. His best friend! He felt terrible. He needed to apologize and hope that Wyatt would forgive him. When he reached home he ran to his room and locked the door.
Skip was crushed by Wyatt's reaction. He didn't think that he would be so mad about it. Wyatt was concerned at how relaxed and nonchalant Skip was. It wasn't right that Skip wasn't mourning, and he was. Skip wanted to make up but Wyatt was just not ready yet.
