Sure Leonardo, we´ve been working with the most recent format on storage which was updated last week, i´m going to send you a copy once I arrive to the office, for now there haven´t being any delays regarding using the formats, they are quite easy to fill.
How about the headcount report and the schedule of the month? have we covered all the objectives so far or there is any update which maybe we need to double-check so it doesn´t affect us in the next month?
Well we have to make some changes to the schedule due delays from our providers, we are in the process of scheduling a new meeting with them, however we already notified our customer regarding this situation so they understand and will wait for their next deliveries, so from our end everything is okay but we have to pay attention to the providers for just in case.
Oh hello, again Gina I see that you are doing your duties, fantastic! Once reviewed the other departments the information collected shows us that the headcount is correct, we don´t have any changes regarding our personnel, our objectives fill the expectations from this month and the next one, the only thing to double check will be the delays from one of our providers and we are in the process to contact them and rearrange new agreements.
Understood Leonardo thanks for the detailed information, I´ve already finished here, the formats from the archive are under rule and I´ll add to my report the details about the delays from our providers, also if possible I´ll advise a direct contact from the board of directors to reduce the waiting time, please send me a copy of that report to my email, if I had more time I´d like to explore every department from myself but no worries the information is very clear.
Glad you asked, the answer is simply more that employees are like a family so we always treat each other with respect, also we always have in mind that there are good and bad days, but we as humans should be open to learning from our mistakes and if possible learn from other mistakes and create collective learning or something like that.
