A Free-Market economy is based upon competition and profit, which means you will have people who are wealthy and poor. In this type of economy people can choose what they want based upon what the businesses produce. In addition, the government has no control over the people and businesses.
In a Mixed Economy the amount of competition and profit is limited, meaning that people have some private property but it depends on that the government owns (Private and Public Sectors). Additionally, the people have the right to choose what they want but it is limited. The people have to pay taxes to give medical care and transportation to the poor people.
In a Command Economy the government has total control over the people and businesses, which results in the government telling the people what they want them to have. Moreover, in this type of economy the government thinks everyone should be fair, meaning that competition and profit is bad.
