  • I always had a ruff time in relationships, my PTSD would always interfere.
  • With PTSD I always had trust, communication, and problem solving issues.
  • One of the hardest this was finding a job that would financially help me.
  • Once I went to my doctor and therapy classes, I was able to control my symptoms of PTSD better than I ever before.
  • People that know that I have PTSD sometimes ask if I was in the military, because that is a huge misconception people have on PTSD.
  • Having PTSD is not the end of the world although, you will encounter flashbacks of the traumatic event you encountered, having a ruff time finding a relationship, a job, and more. But going to a doctor and to therapy sessions will extremely help the outcome of your symptoms, physically and mentally, and how to easily control them, and the outcome of your future .
