Rising Action: The woman had let the boy go and told him to watch his face, he looked at the door then to her twice. Instead of running away he went and washed his face, then sat down away from the purse and sat on the side where she was able to see him so he could earn her trust.
Climax: He offered to go to the store if she needed anything. The woman offered him food and gave him a lecture on how he should not rob for something he wants, its better to ask.
Falling Action: The woman later gave Roger $10 and told him to buy the shoes he wanted.
Resolution: Roger had left not able to say thank you to the woman after what she did for him. After that he did not see the woman.
