Alex suffers from anxiety, he is very anxious about his action, constantly thinking about their consequences and how it might put him in danger. It put him into a lot of stress and cause him to avoid interaction with other people since it makes him even more anxious.
He has been avoiding talking to other people about his anxiety issue fearing they would judge him but lately, he is having more and more panic attacks and he is afraid that one day it might put his into the emergency room.
Alex decided to talk to his families members about what's happening and to his surprise, they just lessened and did not judge him at all.
Alex's wife convinced Alex to talk to their family doctor about the problem and see if he can suggest what to do next.
His family doctor suggested him to go to a psychiatrist to deal with his anxiety issues. She proscribed him medications and taught him how to come with his anxiety.
Slowly Alex started feeling less stressed and started having fewer panic attacks. He started taking more and more risks, starting to do things he is afraid of before and even made new friends from work.
