My family and I want to go back home. I am going to make a word for that called Zionism.
It all started 4000 years ago when God made a promise to Abraham that he would have many ancestors. God led him to the Promised Land, which is present day Israel.
In 1922 Great Britan officially took over Palenstine. Many Jews were going to Palenstine because they were trying to escape from Europe's religious persecution.
Many European Jews wanted to go back to their home. They called this Zionism. The goal of Zionism was to establish a homeland in Palestine. (aka Israel)
