Unbroken: A World War II Story of Survival, Resilience, and Redemption (based off the Lauren Hillenbrand book) Coming Soon!
We should go see that when it comes out.
I read the book. It was amazing!
It is probably the best book I have ever read. It is about a 1936 Olympian, Louis Zamperini, who then served in the Air Force in WWII. He faced struggle after struggle, including being lost at sea for 47 days and being a POW for 2 years. And then, remarkably, he was able to find a way to cope from the after effects of all that trauma and even forgive.
Guy sounds like a true American hero.
The next day...
I remember what you said yesterday and I think I am going to get the Unbroken book and read it before I see the movie. Let's head to the library.

Um, dude. You are headed the wrong way. It is non-fiction!
Well that book is clearly mistitled! It should be called Unbelievably Unbroken instead!
Believe it or not, all that happened in real life!
