  • Connecticut Compromise
  • This compromise was due to argument from the north and south on weather slaves should be counted as people when used as property. The compromise eventually came down to the slave would be counted but only every 3 slaves out of 5 henceforth the 3/5 compromise.
  • The electoral College elects elects the next president. Each state gets a certain number of member based on population. Then those members cast their vote on the next president based on their states interests
  • This is the compromise that states came to in order to balance out the interests of the large and small states. It is the same as the conneticut plan stating that the house would be broken into two parts one with a vote per state and one where voters were based on a states population.
