- Tom walker lives with his wife, they are a very greedy couple. The wife is abusive towards him, and lack a sense of trust forces them to hide their belongings from on another.
- CLIMAX
- Tom Walker was far from his home one day so he decided to take a shortcut through the swamp. He then finds an old skull on a native ground and kicked it, upon that a devil appeared right beside him.
- FALING ACTION
- Tom walker goes back to his wife and told her about the devil and how he wanted to strike a deal with him for his soul. His wife becomes desperate with greed that she goes on to the forest to look for the devil never to be seen again.
- RESOLUTION
- Tom Walker becomes very wealthy and tries to repent all his regret he had with making the deal with looking towards new things such as having faith in god going to church and reading the bible
- With all the things he did in order to confine himself it wasn't enough to pay for his sins. thus the Devil comes for his soul
- Once there was word on toms disappearance aboard was made to oversee toms belongings and money only to find nothing
