Actually you gain weight, tend to not do as well in school, and you get even more tired because breakfast gives you food, energy, and its very yummy.

Then go to bed 30 minutes earlier, so you're not as tired in the morning. Get up 10 minutes earlier so your body has more time to wake up, and become more hungry. You can always bring something to eat for a little bit later, but it has to be before lunch.

Just stop worrying about your phone and eat breakfast.
