Stable Food Supply by Nolan Gibbs and Zachary Horn
During the Paleolithic age people obtained food by hunting animals and gathering plants. This could be dangerous and the food supply was unstable.
We learned how to raise animals for their milk and meat. They also worked for us.
Agriculture is making your own food my planting seeds and it makes a crop that you harvest and use for food to eat. The invention of agriculture was important because it gave us a new way to get food that was frequent and grew back quickly.
The crops that we learned to grow allowed us to live more comfortably and easier because we don't need to travel to get food like long ago.
With the discovery of agriculture we can now be less dependent on hunters and gathers which is overall safer for most people.
