  • Body Mechanics is the safe use of the body using the correct posture, bodily alignment, balance and bodily movements to safely bend, carry, lift and move objects and people.
  • We are going to use the exercise called 'deadlift.' It is where you use the power from your legs to thrust your body to be able to pick up the weight.
  • I am in a bad position to doing this exercise, I am standing up straight and my feet are close together.
  • I am doing this exercise using proper body mechanics. My feet are shoulder length apart and my posture is where I am able to lift the weight with the power from my legs.
  • Make sure to be careful when doing exercises and use proper body mechanics that way you won't cause any serious injuries.
