- Sure! There are two ways -either by patient themselves or by medical representative

- Patient can go on registration screen and enter information and create unique user id and password
- So do they receive any email confirmation
- Yes ! Medical representative would receive an registration pending email.
- Go ahead and review patient information and approve so patient would get registration confirmation email!
- I receive an email for approving patient registration. What would be my next step
- Is it possible to update patient record from backend system
- Yes! We can update patient record and patient will get email for user ID and password
- How about they would like to change password?
- Yeah they could change password using the reset link send on their email.
