  • What Happened?
  • I can't believe my friends are leaving me out like this!
  • OMG! Apple was so annoying yesterday!
  • Feelings.
  • I thought we were good friends. I tell them everything!
  • Behaviour and Impact.
  • Why were you so mean before?! I hate you so much and I never want to be friends with you again!
  • In this frame Bella's friends are talking about a girl and they are using code words so Bella won't know what or who they are talking about.
  • Self-Awareness.
  • Why did I say that before! I regret my actions so much! I am just as bad as them now or even worse!!
  • In this frame Bella is feeling really upset and angry at her friends because she feels like she tells them everything but they don't seem to trust her. She is also jealous of the other friends that are talking to her friend because she wants to be in their position.
  • Regulate.
  • I hate them so much!
  • Maybe I was overreacting a little bit...
  • okay, I feel a lot more optimistic.
  • In this frame Bella is so annoyed that she says some things that she might regret later and feels at that moment. Even though her friends might not have meant to hurt her that much, these words hurt them quite a lot. This situation was made into a huge deal that was only originally a small dilemma.
  • Repair Relationships.
  • I'm so sorry about what I said before. I just got all my emotions tied up and I had to say something to you guys. I was way to overreactive and I didn't even think through my thoughts or try and clear my head. I'm so sorry!
  • Its okay. We are sorry too. We didn't really appreciate your emotions and them into account either.
  • In this screen Bella is regretting what she said to her friends. When her friends said mean things to her she felt hurt but when Bella said them back, she was just as bad as them and now they both feel sad, angry and annoyed at themselves.
  • In this screen Bella is feeling lots of different negative emotions, she is trying to clear her head and feel positive about the situation. She wants to look on the bright side and make up with her friends because she feels bad. She regulates her emotions by walking from one end of the balcony to the other and getting some fresh air. She tries to focus on her breathing, her thoughts and positive outcomes of this situation. Slowly her emotions improve and she feels more positive. Her mind is now clear and free.
  • In this screen Bella has calmed her emotions and she has realised that she shouldn't have said the mean words to her friends. She didn't take her friends emotions and feelings into account and just thought about her own feelings. She decided to apologise to her friends because she wants everyone to be happy, calm and clear.
