- In Anyhowtown, U.S.A Amanda Johnson walks to her apartment with her 5-year old daughter Bella, and her 1-year old son. Just then a man named Ray comes running out of nowhere and bumps into them but doesn't even bother to say sorry.
- Meanwhile residents Hector and Ella Garcia are upset about the loud music coming from above.
- Why do they have to be so loud!
- Can you please turn down the volume on your music! I can here Mr.Garcia hitting there ceiling again.

- Its not my fault they don't like music.
