In the beginning salva went to school but they were under attack salva's teacher told them to run and then he was off. He was scared and confused. He wanted to see his parents and go home but couldn't.
In the middle salva was arriving to another camp when salva got there he hoped to find his family there. He was hopeful hungry and happy he final had a place to stay.
In the end it is salva building a well for his people at that point he was happy and grateful for his life and to be able to see his family and help his country.
