In 1689 Parliament said that James 2nd had left his throne and kingdom.
So William and Mary were asked the get the throne. They agreed.
Parliament needed new rules, so they made a rule which stated " The sovereign was not able to reject the rules / laws, parliament have made.
" Not allowed to tax people, without parliamentary consent."
He is stealing my food! Get Him!
"No excessive fines, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted."
He stole my food, we should kill him!
