Storyboard Description

I will describe the laws of James and Boyle's law in this storyboard presentation

Storyboard Text

  • Welcome to my Boyle's and Charles law presntation
  • Boyle law states that the pressure of a gas tends to increase as the volume of the container decreases
  • an example of Boyle's law is when you add pressure to a tube in water it will sink if you dont add pressure it will go up
  • Charles law states that if gas is heated the gas will expand an example of this is if the helium in a balloon is heated the balloon will expand and get bigger
  • PiVi = PfVf where Pi = initial pressure Vi = initial volume Pf = final pressure Vf = final volume
  • i/Ti = Vf/TfwhereVi = initial volume Ti = initial absolute temperature Vf = final volumeTf = final absolute temperature
  • Thanks for watching
