  • Hi, welcome to Popeye's.
  • I was in here earlier and you forgot to put my apple pies in the bag
  • I understand that you think you put them in there, but you did not. Maybe you put them in the other bag that was on the counter for pickup. I paid for two apple pies and did not receive them.
  • “I remember specifically putting two apple pies in your bag, putting them on the counter, calling your name, and you picked it up and left.”
  • “Are you sure that you didn’t put them in another order’s bag? They were not in my bag when I got home.”
  • “I am 100% sure they were in there.”
  • I will just send a message to the online customer service or Popeye's instead of fighting with this guy.
  • “I realize you believe you put them in the bag, but it was the wrong bag. They were not there and I would not have come all the way back to the restaurant to get what I paid for if they were there. I would like the pies that I paid for.”
  • “You were given the pies.”
  • You can buy more now.
  • I am not buying more pies. I can see I am not getting anywhere with you. Have a nice day.
