Hey John! Nothing Much, just about to meet some friends at the beach!
Wow. I had no idea how dangerous the sun could be! And I haven't been taking any precautions! Am I going to get skin cancer??
Oh, Hi there Jenny! How is it going?
I want to John I really do! Would you mind helping me pick out a safe sunscreen? I don't even know where to begin!
Really? I did not know that. Well, good thing it's a beach day!
Hey that sounds like fun! Did you know today is the hottest day of the summer!?
Well, if you start taking care of your skin, and really paying attention to how much sun your skin gets, it will help substantially with your risks!
Huh, interesting! I don't know I'm not really worried. I've been in the sun the whole summer without sunscreen and I'm fine.
Getting a sunscreen with an SPF of at LEAST 15 or preferably higher, will be your best bet at protection from the suns rays!
Haha true! Just be sure to wear sunscreen the whole time! Too much exposure to UV rays can cause extreme damage to your skin and increase your risk of skin related cancers like melanoma!
What?? Jenny that's not good! Sunlight is the main source of UV radiation, which if exposed can fry your epidermis layer of your skin. Even the American Cancer Society says to limit sun exposure as much as possible to decrease the long term effects it has!
