One quiet Friday afternoon in Fenelon Falls, a known felon robbed the bank. The police were then called and as a result the robber jumped into his get away car and drove away.

After 40 seconds of driving, the robber travelled 100 metres. After passing a speed detector the sign showed that the car was travelling an average velocity of 2.5 m/s.
Not long after, the get away car was accelerating at a rate of 3 m/s2. After 42 seconds the police car catches up to the robber. The police car was travelling at a velocity of 126 m/s when the police caught up to the getaway car.
The getaway car then turns the corner and is heading 110m/s[N] but there is also a wind speed of 20m/s[W] coming from the East. The getaway cars resulting velocity with respect to the ground is 100m/s [N 10o W].
After turning the corner the getaway car is going at a speed of 28 m/s. While travelling at that speed, the police man ejects a grappling hook that attaches onto the getaway car.
After the hook attached to the get away car it took 18 metres for both cars to come to a complete stop. The rate of deceleration is 22m/s2.
