  • Formation of The Moon
  • Formation of the Solar System
  • Cambrian Explosion
  • The Moon contributes to the Earth today by controlling the ocean's tides ( high tides and low tides) and keeping it spherical. Without the moon, the tides of the ocean's would not be measurable. This leads to uncontrollable studies and even travels.
  • Proliferation of Cyanobacteria
  • The Solar System is home to all the planets known and more specifically controls the climate and light patterns of the Earth. The solar system holds all the planets in a specific order, the warmest planets being closer to the sun, the colder planets being further away.
  • Dinosaurs
  • The Cambrian Explosion was the first sudden appearance in fossil records of complex organisms with mineralized fossil remains. This was a important event in history because it began the study of how organisms evolved and what they used to be like millions of years ago.
  • Appearance of Modern Humans
  • This was a big event in which oxygen began entering the atmosphere in abundant amounts, this then lead to the process of photosynthesis and cellular respiration. As we all know, these two processes are still occurring today and are vital to the survival of all organsims on Earth. Photosynthesis is a cycle along with cellular respiration which means that this event lead to the begining of an oxygen dependent cycle.
  • These dinosaurs proved that the Earth was habitable and began the cycle of life on Earth.  This was an important event in history because it proved that not only could animals live on Earth, but the evolution of modern humans began meaning that all organisms could live on Earth.
  • After the dinosaurs proved life was possible, cavemen appeared, and evolution began! The caveman were the start of the human evolution process and the evolution hasn't stopped since. This event was important in history because it started the process of evolution to the modern humans we all are today.
