One theme from Rumble Fish is that life isn't fair
something that is an example of this theme is when
Another theme is Rumble Fish is that “The circumstances we grow up around determine how we will be successful or unsuccessful”
one example is that rusty lives in a poor community and that his father is an alcoholic. Because of that, Rusty doesn't really have a parent to support him with the things he does.
One trait about Rusty is that he is protective over Steve. My evidence for this is Rusty told Steve that no one else is allowed to beat him up besides him as a joke
Another trait about Rusty is that he isn't responsible. My evidence is when he went to the doctor and he left early before the doctor could come back
Rumble Fish was an ok book to read. I feel like if it had more details about all the characters and how they live it would be better. It would maybe have been better if there was more action in the book.
